This annual one-day conference provides new insights into issues that are being talked about in real-time, today.
The conference agenda has been developed by Theatre Managers and Decontamination Leads. There will be plenty of networking opportunities throughout the day with the chance to meet with NPAG Theatres and Decontamination members who have achieved success and savings through productive benchmarking.
In 2022, delegate feedback was extremely positive with over 90% of attendees agreeing this event supported them with new learning or knowledge.
This conference is open to all NHS and non-NHS theatres, clinical, surgical, sterile services, decontamination leads, GP’s, theatre nurses, infection control and endoscopy staff.
We are offering an Early Bird Rate for all bookings received by the 7th April 2023.

I find the NPAG meetings and conferences very useful as it gives teams the opportunity to share information easily and request advice.
Medical Engineering Services Manager,
It was interesting to meet NHS colleagues from different areas, learning about their programmes and the way arts and heritage work in their hospitals. Having that context so early on has given me valuable knowledge and great contacts in the sector.
There is a range of roles represented within our membership, both internal and external to the NHS as well as operational and industry representatives. This adds depth to the discussion and to hear viewpoints I would otherwise not have the opportunity to appreciate.
It is essential to keep abreast of best practice, developments in clinical practice, quality management and regulation. NPAG is a great way of sharing information & experiences on a wide variety of these fast-moving topics, as well expert presentations at the annual conference.
Excellent opportunity for discussion & sharing experiences. This is a forum where we can share best practices and discuss strategies for meeting these benchmarks.
The group is brilliantly run, well organised and superbly supportive. We all face the same obstacles and it’s really helpful to share experiences and ideas to achieve our common goals.
The NPAG group is a fantastic way to share ideas and learning in relaxed environment. Very well organised and all topics and speakers/subject matter experts are relevant to our roles as Security Managers. I personally feel that this group is a great support mechanism, especially under the current pressures that we are faced with in the NHS.
I just wanted to add that I really enjoyed the conference, and found the presentations most informative. Well done to you and your team for all of the hard work, keep it up!
Networking on NPAG platform is a great opportunity to exchange best practice knowledge, learn about business techniques and stay well-informed of the latest decontamination developments. The membership has provided an excellent place to discuss common challenges in decontamination!
