Theatres and Decontamination Conference 2023

Attendance to this conference will provide you with the opportunity to hear from key speakers on a variety of subjects affecting theatres and decontamination science personnel. The programme will inform and educate on subjects that affect everyday life all of which will help contribute to the safety and care of our patients.

Why Attend?

This annual one-day conference provides new insights into issues that are being talked about in real-time, today. The conference agenda has been developed by Theatre Managers and Decontamination Leads. There will be plenty of networking opportunities throughout the day with the chance to meet with NPAG Theatres and Decontamination members who have achieved success and savings through productive benchmarking. In 2022, delegate feedback was extremely positive with over 90% of attendees agreeing this event supported them with new learning or knowledge.

Who Should Attend?

This conference is open to all NHS and non-NHS theatres, clinical, surgical, sterile services, decontamination leads, GP’s, theatre nurses, infection control and endoscopy staff.

REGISTRATION CONDITIONS:

A VAT invoice will be issued. VAT Registration No. 654 9195 01. VAT applies to any NHS organisation outside England and to any non-NHS organisation.
Payment is due on receipt of invoice. DO NOT send payment in advance of receipt of invoice. When invoice is received, payment should be made to ‘East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust.’
ALL cancellations must be in writing. Once receipt of your booking form is confirmed a refund will not be made in the event of a cancellation. A substitute is acceptable. NPAG cannot be held responsible for any travel expenses or accommodation costs in the event of a cancellation or postponement of a meeting, workshop or an event.

Exhibition

In addition to the educational component of the day, this event will highlight products and services of commercial companies and how they can aid in the everyday, working lives of our delegates. There will be over 25 exhibitions stands in attendance. Delegates will have access to meet and network with each exhibitor throughout the day. We will also be hosting our prize draw which is connected to the exhibition for all delegates to enter.
