Waste and Sustainability Conference 2019

Thursday 5th December 2019, Drayton Manor Hotel, Tamworth, Staffordshire

NPAG, with the support of NHS England – Improvement, is very pleased to present this important national conference that brings together two key areas; Waste Management and Sustainability.

Why Attend?

This is a one day conference aimed at NHS  Managers and Leads in Waste Management and Sustainability. An opportunity for attendees to hear key presentations on current issues which are not only affecting the NHS, but are also high on the national political and environmental agendas.

The conference programme will focus on 4 key areas:

  • Regulation
  • Education
  • Industry
  • Innovation

These will provide delegates with a good overview of the many issues that surround these topics.

Exhibition

Delegates will have access to an exhibition throughout the day, with plenty of opportunity to network with representatives from the waste management and sustainability industry. You will also, of course, have ample opportunity to network amongst yourselves – a key element of added value at any conference.

    Meet our Sponsors

Sustainability remains at the heart of everything we do to ensure that we deliver an NHS estate which is sustainable both now and for the future. One where this is embedded across the organisational leadership and where we develop our people. There are also significant financial opportunities which can be delivered and it is important that we adapt the existing and emerging innovation in pursuing these opportunities.

Waste management is an area which plays a key role in delivering the sustainable NHS estate. This is an area whose profile has increased over the past 18 months and this conference represents a great opportunity to understand the challenges, as well as sharing and learning from best practice and innovation for the future.
