Thank you for registering your attendance to the NPAG Theatres and Decontamination Conference which is taking place on Tuesday 20th May 2025 at the CBS Arena in Coventry.


Please find documents below that will be useful to your attendance:


 

The conference will take place in Hall 3 and 5 of the Convention Centre at the Coventry Building Society Arena. There will be signage leading you to the conference upon entry into the building. 

 

Please register your attendance at the NPAG Registration Desk situated at the bottom of the escalators outside Hall 3. As part of our contribution to the NHS Greener initiative, NPAG has decided to not produce name badges for this event. Please bring with you and wear your own organisation ID badge.

 

If driving to the venue, please use Car Park A and enter the building through the North entrance, and follow the electronic signs to Hall 3 and 5. The car park code for this event is NPAG25, which will give you complimentary parking for the day.

There will be a photographer in attendance throughout the day taking pictures of the event. NPAG will use these images in future marketing materials. Please can you email info@npag.eastamb.nhs.uk if you do not wish to be photographed and make yourself know to a member of the NPAG Event Team on arrival.
