Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS FT have held membership of NPAG I believe pretty much since the beginning. It is a group where Estates professionals share information and gain an understanding of how Estates and Facilities are operating around the country. By attending such a group and sharing experiences in a friendly and relaxed environment you gain valuable information which gives you confidence that you don’t stand alone with the day to day issues we all face in the Estates environment today. It doesn’t stop when the meetings end there is a web portal and members often make contact between meetings to share and discuss any issues they may require support with.
Being part of the NPAG membership has allowed me insight, knowledge and perspective of NHS Estates related subjects by learning, debating and discussing with likeminded practicing professionals from within the industry, this I have found most valuable for my own development for over ten years.
