Green House Gases Registry

I am the Environmental Services and Sustainable Development Manager of the Nottingham Uiversity Hospitals NHS Trust.
The reason I am contacting you is to know whether any other memeber of NPAG is currently working on a emissins registry scheme.
I want to know for I want to build a registry for the NUH that would be flexible and easy to implement. I also want to make it tranferable, so any other Trust can adopt it to keep a track on their carbon emissions from different sources.
The intention is to make of this registry a trustable tool to be used to make easier the collection of information to comply with EU ETS, CRC EES, and any future scheme (transportation perhaps?). Having such a registry we avoid the duplication of information that araises from the fact that everybody has "their own spreed sheet".
It also ensures information does not go missing once a person who keeps the information leaves the Trust.
