Facilities (North) Best Value Group
Beginning life as the ‘Hotel Services Benchmarking Club’ in 1998, our meetings have been hosted by over 50 hospitals. The NPAG has worked with Facilities Services Managers, creating an environment for them to continually improve their services. Consequently members of our groups continue to demonstrate enthusiasm for seeking out improvements and developments in their services, providing a solid basis upon which to provide the best available care for patients.
Because of this success we have two groups running – covering the north and south of the country. The geographical dividing line is broadly one drawn from Birmingham to the Wash with the northern group meeting in Sheffield and the southern one in and around London.
