NPAG NetWork
As part of the NPAG’s policy of responding to clients’ needs the NPAGNetWork is being further developed and continues to go from strength to strength. Members of the NPAG's national network of Benchmarking Clubs and Best Value Groups form the nucleus of the Network - providing over 600 contacts throughout the UK.
The NPAGNetWork provides a managed forum for colleagues to share information - saving time and money in not re-inventing the wheel. Managed by the Network Facilitator at the NPAG's central office, the NPAGNetWork provides a forum for healthcare managers to ask questions for assistance and information, share documents, and get professional and practical advice from their peers throughout the UK. The Network is available to all members of NPAG Benchmarking and Best Value Groups, and individual subscribers.
In the period April 2009 to June 2010 in excess of 1,300 responses have been received to almost 400 requests. Responses have included over 800 documents, and these are now held in the NPAG Library. They include:
- Job Descriptions
- Person Specs
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Policies & Procedure
- Guides & Guidelines
- Example Interview Questions
- Audit Tools
- Example Contract Specifications
- Example Tender Documents
- Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires
- Service Specifications
