National Best Value Groups

The NPAG first established Benchmarking Clubs in 1997.  These Clubs have now evolved into Best Value Groups and Benchmarking Clubs.

NPAG Best Value Groups provide national forums for peer group managers to meet, network, critically compare and review services and seek continuous improvement in terms of quality, fitness-for-purpose, performance and value for money.

Facilitated by the NPAG, this national network of Best Value Groups enables members to share experience, identify good practice; innovation and information to assist individual managers develop their own service improvement action plans.
